Our high-performance PTFE braided brake lines combine a low-expansion Teflon (PTFE) inner liner with a stainless steel braided outer layer and fluorine-coated exterior for enhanced protection and durability. The PTFE liner provides minimal hydraulic expansion, low permeability and excellent resistance to heat, DOT-series brake fluids, corrosion and swelling, helping deliver a firm, responsive brake feel with reduced braking lag.
The stainless steel braided structure provides high pressure, abrasion, crush and cut resistance, while the fluorine-coated exterior improves resistance to UV, ozone and weathering for reliable long-term use. This reinforced construction also supports higher burst pressure and helps protect the brake line from external damage.
Designed for demanding braking conditions, the conduit is suitable for street motorcycles, off-road bikes and track racing applications. Manufactured to meet SAE J1401 safety requirements, it provides a durable alternative to conventional rubber brake hoses.
