This series of three-layer straight wire tubes (three-layer insulation sleeving) is a high-performance composite wire specifically developed for the automotive industry and high-end manufacturing. Utilizing advanced composite material forming technology, the core structure consists of a high-performance inner lining and a flexible functional coating. The inner lining is available in various engineering plastics such as PE, POM, PTFE, PA, and PBT, while the coating can be customized with insulation materials like PVC, PP, PA6, PE, TPE, and TPEE. By flexibly combining the characteristics of different materials, our product not only meets stringent automotive-grade electrical requirements but also adapts to diverse complex industrial environments.

Diversified Material Composite Process

Utilizing multi-layer co-extrusion or precision composite coating technology, the inner lining and coating materials are tightly bonded. For example, using PTFE as the inner lining provides excellent high-temperature resistance and low friction, while PA or PBT offers high structural rigidity; combining this with outer coatings like TPE and TPEE thermoplastic elastomers ensures outstanding flexibility and impact resistance.

Excellent Tolerance and Protective Performance

Depending on the specific formulation, the product features outstanding resistance to oil, solvents, acids/alkalis, and extreme temperatures (-40°C to +150°C), effectively protecting against environmental erosion in harsh conditions such as engine compartments and battery packs.

Compliance with Environmental and Safety Standards

All inner lining and coating materials comply with international environmental directives such as RoHS and REACH. Additionally, high flame-retardant grades like VW-1 and UL94 V0 can be achieved upon request to ensure the safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
