High-end brake oil pipeline system
This product is a push-pull conduit featuring an integrated metal wire mesh skeleton. It boasts a smooth outer surface and a precise inner bore, lightweight design.
Structural Characteristics
Flexible OEM/ODM Customization & Supply Chain Support
We provide a full‑chain supply from bulk hose materials to finished assemblies, aligning with your production rhythm:
Rigorous Quality Control System (Quality Assurance)
100% air tightness & pressure test
Every finished assembly undergoes a 100% pneumatic leak and pressure test before shipment.
Extreme testing
Regular random samples are subjected to high‑low temperature pulse fatigue tests, salt spray corrosion tests, and fitting pull‑off strength tests, ensuring that all data fully comply with the stringent standards of the automotive hose industry.
Fluid compatibility
Both the inner tube and the fluoroplastic outer jacket exhibit excellent chemical inertness towards DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 brake fluids, with no swelling or leaching even after prolonged exposure.

After Winding
- Collect raw materials of corresponding model and grade according to product information
- Before startup, strictly inspect according to the equipment inspection checklist items, and confirm no equipment abnormalities before starting
- Confirm all inspection tools are qualified
- Braided wire conduit surface must not show wire backing phenomenon
- When cutting the braided wire conduit, the unraveling distance at the end ≤5cm
- Before feeding onto the production line, verify the length (meterage) of the spool; the difference must not exceed 100 meters. Also, both sides of the spool must be at the same height (not one higher than the other), and the wires on the spool must not be crossed or tangled.
- Use a 5 mm strand combining hole for wire merging, and during braiding, the merging point must be centered in the combining hole.
- While the machine is running, ensure the protective door is closed. Do not touch the rotating spindles directly with hands.
- In case of wire breakage, cut off the broken wire, splice the ends, and wrap the spliced area with a single layer of adhesive tape. The outer diameter of the wrapped area must be ≤ Ф 4.7 mm. Every 2 hours, check that the merging point remains centered. Every 30 minutes, stop the machine to count the number of steel wires. If any abnormality is found, immediately sort out the defective products.
- When starting to wind the wire conduit onto or off the bobbin, pull it tight and secure with adhesive tape.
- The twist direction is S+Z (6 wires left‑hand, 6 wires right‑hand). The out‑of‑roundness shall be ≤ 0.15 mm.
- The surface of the wire mesh tube must be free from bamboo‑like unevenness, wavy patterns, or similar defects.
- When changing inner liner, leave a section of ≥40cm empty tube before wrapping with tape
- The inner wall of the bobbin must be lined with oil paper. The storage period for the finished semi‑finished products is 7 days.
