Automotive Cable Protective Sleeve

This series is an external protective sleeve designed for automotive wire harnesses, brake lines, and industrial hydraulic hoses, providing an additional layer of protection against abrasion and environmental exposure. Made with precision-molded engineering plastic sheaths, the sleeve closely covers the cable or hose surface to help isolate moisture, dust, oil, corrosive chemicals, and other external contaminants that can accelerate material aging and damage.

Beyond basic protection against scratches, friction, and stone chips, the sleeve maintains stable performance under demanding conditions, including extreme temperature variations from -40°C to +150°C, high humidity, and oily environments. Its protective structure helps reduce external wear and environmental damage, supporting longer service life for internal cables, hoses, and connected components.

Abrasion and Environmental Protection

The protective sleeve provides a durable barrier against abrasion, scratches, stone chips, UV exposure, ozone, moisture, dust, oil, and other environmental contaminants. Flexible and Corrugated Structures
